Best Reviewer for Backlinks and Income

Best Reviewer is the latest offering from the brains behind She Told Me. This site is set up as more of a directory however with none of the voting aspects associated with She Told Me. Best Reviewer also allows you to add more than one link per submission.

As far as the earning potential of Best Reviewer it is another Adsense revenue sharing site like hubpages.

Let's have a look at Best Reviewer in more detail -

When you first join up for Best Reviewer you add your chosen website (this could be a blog or hub of your choice) and this link will appear at the bottom of each 'Top' that you submit.

What's a Top?

This is where the multiple backlinks per article/review comes into play. Basically you write something that starts The Top 3 through to 20 (choose the number that you want, I've done top 5s and top 10s so far). For each number you write a short blurb and then link a url for each one.

For example I wrote one on the Top 5 Romantic Cockails - the first cocktail I mentioned was Cupid's Cosmo which I linked to a Squidoo lens - Valentine's Day Cocktails where it appeared; the second cocktail I mentioned was a Strawberry Martini which I linked to a Hub - Top Five Red Cocktails for Valentine's Day where it appeared. I finished up with 5 cocktails all linked to different sites of mine where they had appeared. This meant that in a few minutes I had achieved 6 backlinks for myself.

Okay so I've covered the backlinking aspect of the site, but what about the money? In all honesty Best Reviewer is too new for me to know how effective it will be on the earning front, but let's look at how it works.

On each Review/Top you write there will be 3 google ads. The one closest to your title AKA prime adsense real estate is paid to you 100% of the time. From the other two ads one will be paid to the person who referred you (if you click my link that will be me - thank you very much), the other belongs to the site.

Another earning aspect of Best Reviewer is through affiliate sites such as Amazon and Zazzle.   You can make a top on the Top 10 Baby Toys and link to ten different Amazon products or the Top 5 Disney iPhone Cases and link to Zazzle products.   The possibilities of your earnings through Best Reviewer are endless.

Well I've already touched on the fact that Best Reviewer allows you to have several backlinks instead of the usual 1 that other directories allow.

Another thing that Best Reviewer does is take advantage of lists.   If you've been making money online you'll know that some of the more successful hubs, articles etc are the How tos and the Top # lists.   People love to read Top 10 (5, 20 etc) lists it would seem.
