Portia De Rossi Takes Ellen DeGeneres' Name

Melbourne (Australia) born Portia De Rossi has revealed that she is in the process of changing her name to Portia DeGeneres. Portia De Rossi filed name change documents with the court to legally take on her spouse's surname.

Portia De Rossi and Ellen DeGeneres were married on 16th August 2008 in California, but kept their respective names. It's been revealed that Portia De Rossi signed the court papers back in March, but they've only recently been filed.

The couple have been together since late 2004 and there have been pregnancy rumors circulating since March 2009 which keep being denied. Does the name change mean that Portia and Ellen are in fact expecting?
