Baby Guiness
¾ shot Kahlua
¼ shot Baileys
Fill a shot glass ¾ way full with Kahlua and then gently layer the Baileys on top.
Irish Flag Shooter
1 part crème de menthe
1 part Baileys
1 part Grand Marnier
Pour the crème de menthe into a shot glass first, float the Baileys on the top, let settle and then float the Grand Marnier on top.

With both of these drinks you simply pour your Guinness slightly short and add the offending shot to the top – they are both delicious although I always feel that Baileys is more in keeping with the best of Irish celebrations.
Always make sure that you take a designated driver with you when you’re partying and there’s no reason why they can’t get into the St Patrick’s Day spirit with green lemonade. This is so simple to make by simply using some green food coloring in the lemonade and serving them in one of these gorgeous St Patrick’s Day glasses.
